• Your full name, email address and WhatsApp/mobile number.
• The full names of any additional guests you book for.
• Dietary requirements and allergy information — only if you choose to provide it, and only with your explicit consent.
• Your acceptance of the Event Terms & Conditions and the time it was given.
• Booking and payment status, the amount paid, and payment references issued by Stripe (such as checkout session and payment reference numbers).
• Whether you opted in to future SÖNRAI email updates, and the time you did so.

We never see, collect, store or process your payment card details. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure hosted checkout.

• To manage your booking, your tickets and your place on the guest list — performance of a contract with you.
• To communicate with you about your booking and this event — performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running the event smoothly.
• To process your payment — performance of a contract.
• To pass dietary and allergy information to the venue/caterer so they can accommodate you — your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

If you tick the optional box when booking, SÖNRAI may email you occasionally about future events and experiences. We send these emails only where you have opted in — buying a ticket alone never adds you to our mailing list, and declining has no effect on your booking.

The legal basis for these emails is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, either through the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@sonraijourneys.com. Withdrawal does not affect emails sent before you withdrew.

We keep a record of whether you opted in and when, including any later withdrawal, so we can show that our emails were properly consented to.

• Stripe — our payment provider. Stripe processes your payment on its own secure platform; we receive only the payment status and references, never card details.
• The venue/caterer — Organic Market & Food, Marbella receives dietary and allergy information only, and only where necessary to accommodate you.
• Hosting and database providers — our website and booking records are hosted with Lovable Cloud, which stores the booking data described above on our behalf.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Booking and event administration records are retained for up to 12 months after the event, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Dietary and allergy information is retained only for as long as necessary to organise and deliver the event, then deleted shortly after the event unless you separately ask us to retain it for a future booking.

You may at any time request access to your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also withdraw your consent to the use and sharing of dietary/allergy information at any time — withdrawal does not affect any use made before you withdrew.
